Email support@dopamineboosters.com. We reply within 2 business days. Write from the address on your account if your question is about your account, and never send us your password, a two-step code or the codes of a card: we will never ask for them.

Scanning tips

  • Your camera app can't read these seals. They aren't QR codes, on purpose. This page can.
  • Back: the big medallion in the middle.
  • Front: the small gold coin, bottom right.
  • Hold the card about 20 cm away
  • More light, please
  • Tilt the card a little: glare
  • Hold steady

The seals are read by our scanner, on this site or in the app, not by your phone's camera app: they aren't QR codes.

Camera blocked?

  • In the app: open Settings → Dopamine → Camera and turn it on. Then tap Try again.
  • On iPhone: tap aA in the address bar, then Website Settings, then Camera: Allow. Then tap Try again.
  • On Android: tap the icon left of the address, then Permissions, then Camera: Allow. Then tap Try again.

Pre-orders

  • Pre-orders ship in spring 2027 (our estimate). If that slips, we email you before it passes.
  • You can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships: email support@dopamineboosters.com with your order number. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping is free, to addresses in the United States.

Your account

  • Forgot your password? Reset it here; we email you a link.
  • Two-step login: turn it on in Settings. After that, signing in also needs a code from your authenticator app.
  • Lost the phone with your authenticator app? Email support@dopamineboosters.com from the address on your account. We check that it's you before we turn two-step login off.
  • Your data: download everything we hold about your account from Settings (DOWNLOAD YOUR DATA, /account/export).
  • Delete your account: delete it yourself (/account/delete), also from Settings. Your cards' registry history stays, showing "a former collector".

Report abuse

See something that breaks the rules? Use the REPORT button on the post, comment, message, profile or trade: our moderators review every report. Our community guidelines say what isn't allowed and how reports and appeals work. If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first. You can also email support@dopamineboosters.com.
